(a) Welcome to Offingo Business! By using the Offingo Business mobile application ("App") and related services ("Services"), you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree with these Terms, please do not use the App or Services.

2. User Registration and Business Information

2.1 Registration

(a) To access Offingo Business, users are required to register with a valid mobile number, which will be used for authentication purposes.

2.2 Business Information

(a) During registration and setup, Offingo Business users must provide accurate business information, including:

• Business Name
• Business Address
• Business Email
• Business Contact Number
• Location within a Mall (if applicable)
• List of Available Brands
• Gender for Each Brand
• Product Categories Available

(b) Offingo Business may also inquire whether the business is a franchisee or brand-owned store.

(c) Users are responsible for the accuracy and completeness of the business information provided.

3. Adding Employees and Managing Business

(a) Once registered, Offingo Business users can add employees to assist with the platform's listing and management.

(b) Users can add, modify, or remove offers, sales, and brand-specific promotions related to their business.

(c) The platform allows users to upload product images and specifications for display to Offingo App users.

4. Authenticity and Branding

4.1 Brand Logo Usage

(a) Users are responsible for ensuring that they have the necessary permissions and rights to use brand names, logos, and trademarks in their listings on the Offingo Business platform.

(b) Offingo Business does not endorse or validate the authenticity of any products or brands listed on the platform. Users are solely responsible for the accuracy of the information provided.

4.2 Counterfeit Products

(a) Users must not list counterfeit or unauthorized products on the Offingo Business platform. Any such listings will result in immediate removal and potential termination of the user's account.

5. Limitation of Liability

(a) The Company shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the App or Services.

6. Indemnification

(a) You agree to indemnify and hold the Company harmless from any claims, losses, liabilities, damages, expenses, or costs (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of your use of the App and Services, violation of these Terms, or infringement of any third-party rights.

7. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

(a) These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of India. Any disputes arising under or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Punjab, India.
